晴朗明媚的一天，医科大学生何欣悦（殷果儿 饰）、马晓丽（陈园 饰）、黄燕燕（陈嘉敏 饰）、雷永涵（李鹤楠 饰）、杨刚（宋伟 饰）和曾萍（孙心娅 饰）等六人相约来到早已荒废的旧校舍玩耍。半年前，学校发生了一起离奇杀人案，一名女子死于“好朋友，背靠背”的恐怖传言，人人传说此处有鬼，一度闹得人心惶惶。无所畏惧的青年男女不顾看护旧校舍的秦师傅警告，执意要在此地住上两天。夜幕降临，人心浮动，有人看见一闪而过的鬼影，有人心中私欲膨胀。
